Known as "FALS" (Fairbury American Legion Speedway), this 1/4-mile semi-banked dirt oval in Fairbury, Illinois, is a crown jewel of Midwestern dirt track racing. With a history stretching back to 1946, the track has become a fan and driver favorite, earning the title "America's Dirt Track". FALS is renowned for its premier event, the Prairie Dirt Classic, a World of Outlaws Late Model Series-sanctioned race that attracts the biggest names in the sport for one of the most prestigious titles of the season. The track's tight confines and passionate fanbase create an electric atmosphere for its weekly racing program and special events, which also include the DIRTcar Summer Nationals and the MARS Late Model Series.
