Firebird Motorsports Park, formerly known as Firebird International Raceway, is a multi-purpose facility in Chandler, Arizona, that opened in 1983. The complex includes multiple tracks, most notably a 1/4-mile NHRA-sanctioned drag strip and several road course configurations, the longest being 1.6 miles. The drag strip has a storied history, hosting its first national NHRA event, the Fallnationals, in 1985. The road courses are utilized for a variety of events, including club racing, track days, and driving schools. The facility's location in the Arizona desert provides a unique setting for motorsports. While the drag strip is the main attraction, the road courses serve as a vital hub for the local and regional road racing community.
