Track Details

Lanier National Speedway, now known as Caffeine and Octane's Lanier Raceway, is a 0.375-mile paved oval located in Braselton, Georgia. Opened in 1982 as a dirt track, it was paved in the mid-1980s and became a fixture on the southeastern short track scene. The track hosted five NASCAR Xfinity Series races between 1988 and 1992 and was a regular stop for various regional touring series. After ceasing weekly racing operations in 2011, the facility was purchased in 2014 and has been revitalized as a versatile event venue. Under its new ownership, the raceway now hosts a wide variety of events beyond traditional oval racing, including drifting, autocross, car shows, and festivals, making it a multifaceted hub for automotive enthusiasts in the Atlanta area.
