Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta is a world-class 2.54-mile, 12-turn road course located in Braselton, Georgia. Built in 1970, the track is famous for its challenging layout and significant elevation changes. Its signature features include the high-speed 'Esses' that plunge downhill and a long back straight leading into a heavy braking zone at Turn 10. After falling into disrepair, the track was purchased by Don Panoz in 1996 and revitalized into a premier international facility. It is the home of the Motul Petit Le Mans, a prestigious 10-hour endurance race that serves as the season finale for the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship and attracts top teams and drivers from around the world.
