Opened in 1996, Las Vegas Motor Speedway is a sprawling 1,200-acre motorsports complex located just outside Las Vegas, Nevada. The centerpiece is a 1.5-mile tri-oval superspeedway that has hosted NASCAR's top series since 1998. In 2006, the track was reconfigured with progressive banking, increasing from 12 to 20 degrees in the turns, a change that created faster, more competitive racing. The facility is known for its "Neon Garage," an infield fan zone that offers unparalleled access to the teams and drivers. The complex also includes "The Bullring," a 3/8-mile paved oval for grassroots racing, a drag strip known as "The Strip," and a dirt track, making it one of the most comprehensive motorsports venues in the world.
